QCW Mini-Bar Laser Diode Arrays

The Mini-Bar Laser Diode Arrays are a series of highly compact laser diode sources. Integrated with half size diode bars allows the stack arrays to emit high density optical power. The stacked arrays can be built with 1 to 40 diode bars of up to 150 W QCW power. The small foot-print and robust packages with AuSn hard solder, allow good thermal control and reliable at high temperature of operation.
LumiMetriC still offers mixing diode bars of different wavelength to give a broad optical spectrum of emission, which performance is well suited for building efficient pumping skim in a non-stabilized environment in temperature. The Mini-Bar laser diode arrays are ideal for optimized small size and efficient diode pumped solid state lasers.
