QCW Polygonal/Annular Laser Arrays

The QCW Polygonal/Annular Packaged Laser Diode Arrays are a series of special structured laser diode sources. Polygonal/Annular laser diode arrays are preferred in pumping the cylindrical rod crystal with compact structural sizes, uniform light distribution and convenient electric connection. The laser diode arrays can be built up to 50 diode bars of 100-300W QCW power. The compact and robust packages with AuSn hard solder, allow good thermal control and reliable at high temperature of operation.
LumiMetriC provides 5 series of packaged laser diode arrays, different package structures of laser stacks are designed for pumping various solid state lasers and other direct applications.
