Long Pulse Width Laser Diode Arrays

LumiMetriC provides a series of macro-channel water cooled laser diode arrays, which can be built with up to 16 diode bars of 50W to 100W CW power. These diode arrays allow operating with maximum 400ms long pulse width and 40% duty cycle. Compact and robust packages with AuSn hard solder, allow good thermal control and high reliable operation.
