1940nm Single Emitter Laser Diode

Based on quantum well structure of InGaAsSb/AlGaAsSb material, the CoS packaged 1940nm single emitters feature high optical power up to 1W in combination with high wall-plug efficiency. Customers can easy to use these CoS single emitters for collimation and coupling the beam into the fiber.
