LumiMetriC provides the mid-infrared laser products with 1940nm wavelength. Based on quantum well structure of InGaAsSb/AlGaAsSb material, the CoS packaged 1940nm single emitters feature high optical power up to 1W in combination with high wall-plug efficiency. Customers can easy to use these CoS single emitters for collimation and coupling the beam into the fiber.
LumiMetric develops a series mid-infrared diode lasers in single emitter and bar packages. Benefit from the advantages of mid-infrared laser diode packaging and manufactory technology and experience, these diode lasers provide excellent performance and reliability.
